To coordinate your dream wedding, I will need two key pieces of information – your wedding date and budget. During our consultation, we will (at a high level) discuss your vision, expectations, and budget and outline your top three priorities. Once you have signed the contract and paid your deposit, we will schedule our first official planning call and begin the focused process of making your wedding day a success right away!
My aim is that by the end of the call, you will have clarity, feel more prepared, feel light - like a weight has been lifted, and all the more excited about your journey to the altar! Whatever package you choose, you can expect my attention and care at every step.
Please note: After the initial consultation, all additional calls, texts, or emails will require an official booking to discuss at the rate of $75/hour.
Planning a wedding is one of the most intimate occasions in a couple’s life. It can also be one of the most stressful times having to manage so many details and communicate with various vendors. The joy of your engagement season should not be darkened by the shadow of planning woes. Even if you opt to plan it all yourself (kudos to you!), please at least have someone on the day of running the show. I can guarantee that you do not want to leave your hair and makeup chair to put out fires.
When it comes to choosing the right person for the job, I recommend that you go with someone that makes you feel at ease from the first interaction/conversation. When you have an authentic connection with your planner, it makes the process a lot more open and fun!

Indeed, I do! Travel fees are in addition to my services. Depending on the location and time of year, the cost varies. I never charge you more than what I actually pay. Fees are based on roundtrip airfare, 2-night hotel accommodations (the night before and the night after), three meals for two days, and transportation (Lyft/Uber or rental car). You can expect to spend between $750 - $1,000 on average additional for travel.
